This Shingled Home sits on a 200-foot cliff that overlooks Lake Michigan. The owners grew up spending summers in Northern Michigan and wished the same for their families. Local materials were used when possible, including local limestone for the front of the garage, wall capping, and the fireplace. White oak floors run throughout the home and are also on the ceiling beams. The living room windows are triple-hung with two lower sashes that open from the living space to the outdoor patio.
