Situated on a rocky perch above the Atlantic, this home is inspired by John Nash’s 1805 Sandridge Park estate. We developed a balanced asymmetrical design consisting of three forms: a cylindrical tower, an irregularly shaped central volume, and a rectilinear block. This combination produced a residence that, from every angle, presents a distinct, different character — a mutable interplay of forms that anchors the house on its site.
