Upper East Side Apartment

Designed for an art collecting client, this apartment plays with material rich interiors to create a whimsical environment. Key architectural features draw the eye from the entrance to a wood paneled living room, to a polychrome breakfast area, and past a tooled plaster curving wall. The client's existing furniture is mixed with new acquisitions and custom pieces to create a personal, familiar environment. One of our favorite moments to design was the dining room's custom open shelving system.
