The Ike Baker Velten offices, located in the historic Franklin Building, are in a twelve-story commercial building constructed in 1927 that features a hybrid Art Deco and Classical Revival facade. The staff enjoys a view of San Francisco, Lake Merritt, and the Berkeley and Oakland hills through oversized windows. The open floor plan has an industrial feel. The space is painted bright white with exposed beams and pipes and a concrete floor coated in high-traffic white epoxy. An extensive collection of mid-century furniture and a reading library is perfect for creative collaborations and client presentations.
